Convention at Seven Springs
Thursday night through Saturday afternoon I was at Seven Springs for Convention. It was such a great opportunity and I'm glad I was able to go. I went to many different sessions while I was there and learned a lot of valuable information that will help me in the future. I especially liked the keynote speaker, Mr. Slaughterback. His speech was very motivational and inspiring. He also made it fun having us dance and sing a song with him. Every Physical Education student should go to Convention if they have the chance. Going and learning from other professionals, connecting with them, and sharing ideas is the best way to build success in your future. Even though I am mentally and physically exhausted from the trip and going non-stop all day, I am grateful that I got the opportunity to go.

I feel the same exact way! I could not be happier that I had the opportunity to go to Convention, and I would not have changed that decision for anything. Although I am still tired and trying to catch up on sleep, it was a great experience. I enjoyed all of the sessions and the knowledge that I gained from them. I can't wait to hopefully be able to attend next year and I'm happy that you got a great experience out of it as well.
ReplyDeleteWe had so much fun at convention. From the time we woke up until the time it was time to go to bed. I learned a lot of unique information from the sessions I went to. I have to admit when we first go to convention I thought it would be a waste of money but, it was actually a great experience to come across. I'd definitely go to convention again if I were able.
ReplyDeleteI can imagine how good the convention was, I spoke to Neesh about it and I wish I would have gone. Those types of things are very interesting and you can certainly learn a lot from them. I am happy that everybody had such a good time and gave a good name for SRU. It's very benefiicial for a future.
